Returns Policy
We will accept a return within 30 days from your receipt of order.
The item/s must be unused and in perfect condition with original packaging in tack.
Please email jess@earlybirdsliteracy.com.au with the reason for the return, and include your courier or postal parcel tracking number.
When this information has been provided and once the items is received by our warehouse, we will process a credit to your account.
If your return does not meet these conditions we will be unable to accept your items and they will be rejected and returned to you. All return shipping is at customer expense. Return shipping is not covered in purchase price.
Shipping
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within five business days. All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Delivery times within Australia are usually 5-15 business days, depending on delivery location, and 10+ business days for international orders.
